To ensure we provide the best customer service possible, all orders which leave our premises are sent with a proof of postage. We also ensure all packages are fully insured to the full value of your order which protects it in the case of loss or damage. After your order has been dispatched by cbdreliefuk.co.uk – you will receive an email providing you with all the details you need to make sure your package makes it to you safe & sound

UK DELIVERY
• All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day via your selected postage option. This excludes bank holidays & weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Orders placed over £99 qualify for free first class express delivery.
• Royal Mail Standard Delivery – £3.90 – Delivered within 2-4 working days.
• Royal Mail First Class Delivery – £4.90 – Delivered within 1-2 working day.
Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays & no postage will be processed during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday). Also please ensure all provided delivery details are correct at point of purchase to guarantee there are no issues in delivering your order to you.

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
• Tracked and Signed Delivery – £10.99/£21.99 – Usually delivered within 3-10 working days.
DELIVERY CUT-OFF TIME
cbdreliefuk.co.uk aim to ensure all orders received before 2:00pm are dispatched the very same day with your chosen delivery method in mind.

RETURNS POLICY
Received your item but want to change it or just return it? We’re sorry to hear 100% happy with your purchase however as long as your item is in its original condition, fully sealed & unused & within 30 days of purchase, we should be able to accept your return.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Have you just placed your order but realised you need to change something? Not a problem! As long as your order has not been dispatched, we should be able to help.
If you need to cancel your order, just give us a call or email & again, as long as it has not been dispatched this should not be an issue. Should your order be dispatched already, just send it back in its original condition, sealed & unused and we will do our part in reimbursing the full amount.
When you’re contacting us, please ensure you have your order number to hand & details of how you would like to change your order. Please keep in mind that we do have a deadline for order dispatch.

INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS
Just placed your order & realised you’ve provided incorrect delivery details? As long as you’ve notified us before your order has been dispatched, this should not be an issue. Simply provide us with the following two pieces of information:
1. Your order ID
2. The delivery address you require the order sent too.
You can find your order ID number in the confirmation email you would have received once your order was placed. If you do not have this information to hand when contacting us, it may delay your order being dispatched.
Please note: If your order has already been dispatched, the means your order has already left our hands and is on its way to the delivery dress provided. We are unable to change the address in this case unless we receive the order back. Please do not hesitate to contact us in case we do receive it back.
